1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the data we collect through this website is auditamia.
Privacy and data requests: hello@auditamia.com. You can also use the contact form on this site.
2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company, the service you ask about, optional message, and consent checkbox. We do not write those fields to application logs.
This website does not take card payments, does not upload or store invoices, and does not send form contents to an AI service.
Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Vercel Analytics measures visits without cookies and without identifying you.
The spend calculator runs in your browser. If you ask us to email that estimate, we send it to the address you enter and a copy to hello@auditamia.com. We do not store it in a database.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not keep a separate cookie policy.
We do not sell your data. We use it only to respond to audit requests and improve the service.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process contact data and a calculator estimate you ask us to email based on consent. This site does not send a newsletter.
There is no database of contact-form submissions or calculator estimates. The record is the email delivered to hello@auditamia.com. To access, correct, or erase it, email that address.
If we later issue an invoice outside this website, tax records for that invoice are kept for the period required by law. Those records are not stored by this website.
4. Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD).
Contact hello@auditamia.com to exercise these rights.
5. Processors and transfers
We use Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (the contact email and, when you ask for it, the calculator estimate). We do not use card payments, file storage, or an AI API on this website. We do not share contact emails with a tax advisor.
Vercel and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or another GDPR safeguard.
